The Windows Picture and Fax Viewer will still allow people to select the Set as Desktop Background option upon right-clicking an image shown in the aforementioned system program.

You would be better advised to create an OU to host each of the machines on which you wish to restrict this option and adding an entry for a file called "Internet Explorer Wallpaper.bmp" in to the following Policy location: Computer Configuration Windows Settings Security Settings File System
If you add a file, simply select the location from your own machine and Windows will enter the file as %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Internet Explorer Wallpaper.bmp
If the file does not exist on your computer, navigate to a website, right-click an image (any image) and select Set as Background.
This will create the file mentioned above and allow you select it from within Group Policy Editor.

You can also edit the registry (carefully, of course).
In the editor (Start > Run > regedit) navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ActiveDesktop (It may be necessary to create the location).
Here, edit/create the DWORD value "NoChangingWallpaper" so that it's value is 1.

CREATE A SHORTCUT TO HIBERNATE WINDOWS XP INSTEAD OF SHUTDOWN

Hibernate is great because it saves the status of your Windows XP session (all the programs and documents you have open) to the hard drive, so it can automatically restore it the next time you power up.
The first step to making a Hibernate shortcut is to make sure you have Hibernate turned on.

Go to the Control panel then click Performance and maintenance.
Next, choose Power options, and select the hibernate tab.
Finally, make sure Enable hibernation is checked.


Now to actually make the shortcut right click your desktop and choose New Shortcut.
Next, type this case-sensitive command into the dialog box

Give the shortcut a name like Hibernate and click finish.
From now on all you need to do to enter hibernation is double click the shortcut.
AlSO you can put this shortcut to Windows task scheduler so that system Hibernate can be achived at a particular time automatically.

Hide your pcs drives

If you don’t want other users stumbling over a drive while browsing the computer through Explorer, this tweak may help out.
Although this tweak will render the drive invisible in Windows Explorer,
it will still be accessible through Windows’ search utility, as well as other third-party file managing applications.
Microsoft Office applications will also be able to access the cloaked drive with no problem.
To cloak a drive, open up regedit and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Policies/Explorer.

Create/modify the DWORD value “NoDrives” to match a corresponding drive letter you wish to hide.
A: 1; B: 2; C: 4; D: 8; E: 16; F: 32; G: 64; H: 128; I: 256; J: 512; etc.
To hide multiple drives, just add the values together and enter the sum as the value for the DWORD value “NoDrives”.
To hide all the drives, just enter the value 67108863.

This is more of a fun tweak than it is useful.
Go to run, type regedit press ok.
when that comes up go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Control Panel>Desktop
Now find the orginalwallpaper, right click and select modify.
In the text box type the path to the file you want to be your orginal desktop wallpaper.
There ya go!
